Ensimmäisen kanssa olen itse samaa mieltä.

I also don't think it's either. I think if God's testing anybody, he's testing non-transgendered people to overcome biases against those who are different.

 I don't think it's either. Definitely not a mental illness! I don't think that transgenders are mentally ill at all.

I think it has to do with the physical chemistry/biology of their body/dna. I don't think they can help how they feel anymore than homosexuals. Not a disease, not a perversion, just a mutation that makes them different.
